Kees Investments is focused on three key industries within real estate: Commercial multifamily (5+ units) and mixed-use, land and light industrial, and other syndication projects that meet our investment criteria. We serve as Joint Venture (JV) partners, General Partners (GP) and Limited Partners (LP) on multiple investments throughout the US and abroad.

How do we find profitable investment properties?

Our team does extensive due diligence and research when looking for investments that support our investors goals and our company strategy. We specifically target cash flowing real estate with a history of positive returns for our investors. We seek partnerships with experienced syndicators and brands.

How can one invest in real estate with little to no money down?

Unlike what famous YouTubers and influencers might tell you, having capital to invest is critical for starting your journey in our partnerships. We will work with you on the journey to saving first before investing. Our strategy is not "get rich quick" and most acquisitions have a 2-5 year holding period.
